Unsatisfied with my tv buying experience

So to start off I thought buying a tv from best buy would be my best option. But I was wrong. I bought a vizio tv online for about 500 dollars.

The tv did not arrive after so weeks of delays. I had to call customer service several times and finally they gave me the option to reship.

The tv that did arrive arrived used. The box was open and in terrible condition it looked like a return (the one I ordered was brand new) I set up the tv and the dirty screen effect is too much, it's visible when watching anything. It just feels so wrong. There's also a piece of paper or something stuck on the inside of the screen. There's no way to remove that spot.

I just feel completely unsatisfied with my purchase and buying experience with best buy. I expected the best.

I was dealing with a personal tragedy recently and I think the return window may have ended. What can I do now?
