I purchased and was charged for a single item. No problem there. However, deliverd to me was a CASE of TEN of the item! Obviously, I only need one, and this seems like the potential for a pretty big $$loss for BB. I don't feel regular customer support would be able to handle this, so who can assist me so that Best Buy gets these extra items back.
