I'm sorry to hear that your order isn't processing correctly, but there is a reason that this is happening from what you've told me. I would suggest looking over our article about International Orders that goes over what's necessary in order for an order to process. We don't ship to known freight forwarders, so this address that you have listed is more than likely the problem.
Additionally, I would suggest speaking with your bank about the money that has been blocked as they should be able to resolve that issue for you.
