Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order.

I tried to order a Mac Book and my order couldn't be verified so it was cancelled. I haven't gotten my refund yet either, so can't try to order again. 

 

I would appreciate your help with either 1) verifying my details and completing the order or 2) issuing the refunding and helping me complete a new order.

I appreciate you taking the time to write us regarding your order. When you place an online order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled. We will not officially charge you until your order has been fulfilled.

 

What you are most likely seeing is an authorization hold, and not actual charges. This authorization hold is generally released within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
