Hi there, for the past couple of months I have been having an issue with getting my orders canceled after 5 minutes of placing an order, I have tried placing an order through the phone with a representative and the same issue happened, they said they don't know what the issue is, this is really frustrating and I really want this to get fixed, I have been trying to place an order for a gift and nothing is going through, I have used different cards and made sure my billing is the same, and nothing is working, please help!

Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums. Orders can get cancelled for a number of reasons, and I'm sure this is frustrating for you. I'd love to review these orders to see if I can help out.
