Uncancel order, hold an order

To sirs,

Thank you very much for your patience.  Regarding order number 

{removed per forum guidelines}

please hold that order or uncancel the order.  I will be by to pick it up this coming week. It is an electric shaver sent to the North Richlands Hill store or area next to Fort Worth, TX

 

I understand the current pick up procedure, and will call when i arrive at the store.  The order was cancelled only a few hours ago while the store was closed, so should still be in the store.

 

Please confirm the order has been placed back on hold.  Email is preferred, but I can check back here also.

Also, please update me regarding how long you can extend the hold for.

I apologize for not picking it up in a timely manner.

Having an order cancelled is one of the more frustrating outcomes when shopping online. I've had it happen too!

 

With apologies, once an order has been cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. You're welcome to place a new order for the item at the currently available pricing.
