Hello, Mlad43,
Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forums. Having had my identity stolen I know how big of an impact it has and how long it can take to get everything back to normal. I would be glad to give you some more information on how to get help moving forward.
As nckhammond mentioned, filing a report with your local law enforcement is a great idea. I would also contact your credit card company to dispute these charges.
If you haven't done so, I would also recommend changing the passwords associated with your My Best Buy account and email address. We have some further recommendations here.
It sounds like you have already been able to get in touch with our agents, is that correct? Please let me know if you have any more questions, I'm happy to help as much as I can.
