I received a text message from my bank that there is an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $1955.24. I never sign up for the BestBuy website. Could you help me cancel the order and refund? The first thing you need to do is file fraud with your bank and also your local law enforcement authorities to report the Fraud.
During the investigation, Best Buy will co-operate with all agencies regarding the fraud.
It starts with you doing things not waiting on a post for BBY to respond to your fraud claim here.
