Unauthorized Fraud charge

Hi there,

     I received a text message from my bank that there is an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $1955.24. I never sign up for the BestBuy website. Could you help me cancel the order and refund? This transaction happened at 13:38:31 16/11(UTC+8) credit card last 4 digits:7196. Charged from BESTBUYTS.CCOMRICHFIELDUS

      I already contacted you via calling you guys, but it is offline since right now is not the opening time. Could you please help me cancel the order and refund? That's very important for me. Thank you.

The first thing you need to do is file fraud with your bank and also your local law enforcement authorities to report the Fraud.

 

During the investigation, Best Buy will co-operate with all agencies regarding the fraud.

 

It starts with you doing things  not waiting on a post for BBY to respond to your fraud claim here.

Someone is very busy making use of other peoples credit/debit cards at Best Buy. I had the same problem with someone trying to use my card yesterday. Fortunately, my bank sent me an alert and the charge was declined.
