Unable to vertify you problem

Hi,

 

yesterday I tied to purchase 2 laptops. Minutes after I got charded, my order got canceled and I received an email saying that BestBuy unable to vertify my information.

 

Is it related to me not using an US credit card?

 

Do BestBuy only accept US credit cards?
