Unable to verify information

So I’ve been having trouble these past two days buying three items from Best Buy in the app and online. I’ve made the same order about four times now but it’s been cancelled each and every time. I’ve confirmed my payment method plenty of times and switch from in store pick up to direct delivery. Yet each and every-time the order gets cancelled and I’m hit with “we are unable to verify your information so we cancelled the order.” Just wondering if there’s any solution to this.

I can certainly understand you reaching out for some assistance with your orders cancelling. Typically, when we are unable to verify your information, it is because the info on your payment method does not match what you have on file for your My Best Buy account.
