Unable to verify information (orders keep getting canceled)

Hi there,

Again, this seems like a common issue, but I've seen others getting it resolved via the support forums, so I thought I'd give it a try.

Whenever I try to order anything lately, it gets canceled within 5 minutes because it's unable to verify my info. I've tried different computers, deleting and removing my credit card information, re-ordering, and placing an order with different items.

Any suggestions would be great.

Welcome to our forum, and it sounds like a frustrating experience to keep placing these orders just to have them cancelled. Without looking at your orders, and reaching out with order numbers, it would be hard to say why these orders are getting automatically cancelled by us.
