I just started receiving this "Unable to Verify - Order Cancelled" issue that is apparently plaguing a lot of Best Buy customers. I've been an Elite Plus member for years now and this is the first time I've ever had this issue. I ordered online last month with no issues and now all of a sudden this started happening. I haven't changed any of my personal or bank info. The only thing new that happened is that Best Buy asked me to link accounts with my BB card so they both use the same login. Now it seems like everything is messed up. Nothing can be ordered through the app and I even tried to call and place an order and it didn't work either. They said they would have someone look into it and it could be up to 10 days. Why so long? Hopefully somone can help out.

Thanks for connecting with us on our forums! I totally understand how important it is to be able to place an order without it being cancelled.
