I purchased a Sony lense along with other accessories, {Removed per Forum Guidelines}. Went to the store to return the Sony case LCSU21. The clerk, department manager, & store manager all indicated that they would not return the case. I have spent several thousand dollars at BB and refuse to believe that while I'm at the store employees can't resolve the issue.
PLEASE HELP, MY RELATIONSHIP AS A BESTBUY CONSUMER HANGS IN THE BALANCE.
