Unable to receive verification code

I am not receiving my verification code.  I have checked my spam folder.

Thanks for reaching out. I do understand how frustrating it can be to have issues getting that account verification code. I would love to assist. 

 

To start, we recommend to customer to add BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your safe sender list, and try to get that email verification again. Then, if that does not work out feel free to send me a private message with your full name, phone number, and email so I can take a better look at your account.
