I just purchased a Pixel 7 phone on the 23rd of Oct and I opted for a trade-in. I've received my phone and sent in my trade-in device. However, I'm unable to receive the confirmation email needed to receive the $100 BB Digital gift card.
I've spoken to several teams via phone support (Digital team, E-Gift card team, Geeksquad time and general support) but none of them have been able to fix this issue, and it's frustrating. Spent over 5 hours this week on support, but to no avail. I'm able to receive other emails from BB (Black Friday sales, deal of the day, etc.) just not the confirmation email for some reason which makes it a lot more baffling.
I don't know what to do. Should I just return the order? Can someone here please help me out?

I had the same issue. sent you the private message. I had the worst coustomer care experience with best buy they kept transfering my call b/w departments and I had to explain each agent the issue call went on for more than 2 hours, in the end I got frusted and ended the call. some of the agents were actually laughing on this. I needed this early as i am traveling to my home country and wanted to use this. can you please help me get this sooner

I am also not receiving confirmation email for the gift card. Why is Best Buy having this issue? It's really frustrating.
