Unable to process payment

I recently preordered a game through and thought everything had gone through with the debit card I used. Now I've gotten an email from best buy saying I have 24 hours to update my payment info to keep it from cancelling my order, but nowhere on the order status page is there an option for me to change anything.

Do you have a Best Buy account or did you check out as a guest?


In your account you should have your payment method stored there.
