Unable to process order

Okay so , I had ordered a MacBook Pro and They sent me a confirmation of the order but then minutes later, why is it that they said they couldn’t process my order?

I hope you have been doing well! I’m sorry for our delayed response. With the increase in customers contacting us here on the forum it’s taking longer than we would like to speak with those in need of assistance. With this said, I’d love to speak with you about your cancelled order and what may be happening.

 

Generally speaking, from what you describe, it sounds like your order was automatically cancelled due to verification or other issues. I would recommend reviewing the Knowledge Base article here to see some of the most common reasons for unexpected order cancellation. I hope this helps!
