Hi, I have been having an issue trying to place and order and paying using paypal. The weird thing I have successfully placed other orders with paypal and they have gone through. It has been about half a month, I have spoken to bestbuy, paypal back and fort and I seem to get nowhere. If someone is able to assist and look into my account details. The last attempt I tried with the order was Saturday August 17, i was able to go through the paypal confirmation but never recieved a Bestbuy order confirmation #. Even though the charge is pending. I do have a transaction id paypal provided and asked me to reach out to bestbuy again. I got transferd twice on the phone and did not get any help, they stated they were not able to find the order.

Having issues when placing an order is never optimal, and I can certainly understand wanting to get to the bottom of this as you are seeing those charges on your PayPal account.
