Unable to obtain refund for item never delivered

Hello, I'm writing this today because it has been a month since I ordered a ps5 online and it was never delivered but you refuse to give me a refund. I purchased it on November 12th and it never arrived, the tracking information confirms this.

I was bounced back and forth between best buy customer service and Canada Post for 3 weeks. Now, I haven't gotten any sort of answer from either of them since Wednesday December 2nd.

This is completely unacceptable. The item clearly will never be delivered to me and I demand a refund. My business relationship is with best buy, not whoever you decided to ship my item with. Your responsibility in this transaction was to deliver the item I paid for, you failed to do so.

This is the most atrocious shopping experience I've ever had and I promise I will never return to best buy after this.
