Unable to log in on different browsers - "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."

Hello,

 

SInce several month I had been encountering a problem when using firefox on windows 10, when trying to log in I am receiving the message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." (both direct logging or trying to log in using my linked google account.)

 

I was able to go on by using Microsoft Edge, that did not have the issue.  But since the new "chromium" version of Edge has been installed I am now facing the same issue.

 

This is happening on 2 different computers.

 

Any solutions ?

This does sound frustrating. I would try clearing your cookies and cache. I have forwarded this onto to the appropriate team.

Clearing cookies and cache does not work, unfortunatly...

Do you have a VPN enabled by any chance? If I use a combo of a certain web browser with a VPN it blocks my access to the site.

Found a workaround.

It appears the issue is linked to the main language of both browsers being set to French.

After changing to english, both Firefox and Edge are working.

There should be something in the Bestbuy login that does not like French...
