Unable to get receipt

I purchased an item online as a guest but never received a receipt.  I have tried the online account system to get a copy but it just keeps bouncing back and requesting the same information.  I have used the online chat process and they respond that they have my order information but that I have to use the above mentioned online process to get a receipt. I called the customer service number, got a live person, and was again told the order number is valid, but to use the same non-working online process for the receipt.  This keeps going in circles.  Is there some number or email address where I can contact someone who can provide the receipt?
