I had some issues when I tried to create an account.
Well, due to the current situation, I have to do an in-store appointment to bring a computer to the store to be checked. For that, I've to create an account in BestBuy.com and, when I put all my info and click in "Create an Account" always I got an error that says "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again". I've tried this for a couple of weeks and it seems that the Account creator page is not working. I've tried using Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox & even Internet Explorer, all in different computers and it didn't work. And also I've cleaned the cache, cookies & history, and I got the same problem.
Is there a way you can help me to create an account or even better creating my appointment?
As a note, I called the BestBuy number but they never answer my phone, and I've chatted with an Agent but they can't help me.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been running into some issues creating a BestBuy.com account, but there are a few troubleshooting steps I can recommend, that I’m hopeful will resolve the issue.
For starters, you may be having trouble creating your account if you’re utilizing an ad-blocker or VPN to access our site. If this is the case, I recommend disabling these, and attempting to create an account once again.
Additionally, we’ve heard from customers who have been unable to create an account, or receive the verification email depending on the email address you use. If you’ve not yet done so, I recommend attempting to utilize a different email address to create your account with us.
While we’ll be unable to create an appointment for your computer through our Support Forums, you may be able to create one with our Geek Squad directly at 1-800-433-5778, or by contacting your local Best Buy store by phone, using our Store Directory.
