I had the same issue. After trying in numerous drops to obtain a GPU (RTX 3080) I finally get one in my cart, pass all the usual hurdles and processes, get to the end, only to be informed that the item is not available for pick-up at "My Store," or any store within 250 miles. What the heck?! Send the darn thing to my home! But, no that wasn't an option. It can only be sent to a store, but not my store, or any store within 250 miles. This is terrible customer service. Little wonder I haven't purchased anything from Best Buy in years. And to think of all the money I've spent at Best Buy over the years. Awful...Whoever thought of this way of distributing high demand limited supply items needs to rethink their strategy.
