Unable to change order immediately after purchase



I placed an order tonight for a laptop and a mouse. Upon receiving the email receipt of my purchase, I noticed a confirmed delivery of a week and a half from now. I wanted to get expedited shipping for my order. The option to change my shipping method is greyed out for the laptop and not greyed out for the mouse.


It says on your website that I have 30 minutes to change or cancel my order after purchase. Please let me know what I can do to change the shipping method. If I have to wait until April 24th to receive my laptop, I will be returning it for a refund. Thank you!

I understand you have some concerns regarding an order that you recently placed with us. Any time there are multiple options available in terms of delivery speed, these options will be presented to you during checkout. If there was no additional options available for the laptop you had purchased, it is likely that we would not be able to offer a faster shipping option for your purchase.


As for making changes to your order, you are correct in that there is a short window of time available to make changes to an order, as we process orders rather quickly to ensure timely delivery as quickly as possible. With that being said, if you are ever needing to modify or cancel an order soon after it is placed, and cannot do so online, we recommend giving us a call at (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289 for more immediate assistance with your order.
