Unable to GSP calim on my Garmin Fenix

I made two trips into my local Best Buy 264 today. To try to claim GSP on my Garmin watch. They attempted to do the claim and the computer could not find the order. I was advised to call 1800bestbuy. I called they advised me that they found my order and the plan is still active and advised me to go back to the store. I went back to the store had them call the bridge. The bridge transferred the employee to POS support who created and incident ticket. Then I was told by a manager to check back into the store everyday to see if it was resolved.....they took my email down. The GM was around but he was busy. I spent a total of 4 hrs at the store....left with no answers.

I have sent a email to both the GM and District manager as of yesterday morning and have received no reply.
