I'm unable to complete an order through my My Best Buy account. When I go to check out, I'm prompted to choose to have a code emailed or texted to me to verify my account. I have tried both methods several times, and neither works; the code never shows up. I checked my spam/promotions folder as well -- nothing. Any assistance here would be appreciated.

Have you tried to reset your password and try it? I have seen instances of the code appearing 20 minutes later and by the time that happened the order timed out. So sometimes the servers may be busy?

Thank you for the reply. I tried the method you suggested, but had no luck. Logging in to my account is not the issue; it's when I go to check out. Once I click "checkout," I'm taking to a screen to verify my account. I can't make it past this screen, as I never receive the verification code. Again, I tried having it both emailed and texted to me.
