I pre-ordered a game on March 9th, but I've since moved and need to change the shipping address, but the site tells me I'm unable to make changes because they're "working on my order" despite the game not being released until July 26th.
I can't just cancel it and re-do the order either because it's a high demand item and has been sold out for a while.
