Unable to Cancel Order

Hello,

 

I just placed an order online, and have been unable to cancel it. I would love to add a product or two to the order. Please could I get some assistance in canceling the order.

Welcome to our community.  Depending on the status of an order and how far it has progressed, our options to modify or cancel an order can vary.  Typically, orders can only be modified within 30 minutes of checking out on BestBuy.com, so it may be easier for you to simply create a second order with the additional items you're eyeing.  That said, I'd still be happy to review your options in terms of cancelling this order if that's what you have your heart set on.
