Unable To Cancel Online Order

I made a purchase online for ram, but noticed that it was the wrong amount of pins for my laptop. I noticed it immediately but the three buttons to either make shpping changes, change to pick up, and cancel order are all disabled even though it is within the 30 mins. The expected ship date isn't until 6 days so hopefully this can be resolved before it ships.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
