I'm trying to reach someone who actually cares about losing customers

I've been played around and transferred over the phone until they hang out. No one is willing to help with an order Best Buy messed up because they tried to charge twice and then cancelled my order? Of course my card (which is Best buy) won't approve if they charge twice.
Even though someone created a case ID as a reference, now anybody wants to finish the promised order. 
What is going on with this company I used to trust so much? Why do you not care about your customers anymore? All companies are losing business because of the covid and you don't care about yours?
I have all the screenshots with the mistakes you made, if you want to see them.
Is someone going to help me?
