On October 5th, I ordered a Dell S3219D monitor. It was to be delivered Tuesday, October 8th! that never happened. Instead the tracker never updated and after filing a claim with UPS it seems my package got lost somewhere in transit. I got an email from one of their reps asking to "contact the sender for final resolution." and that's you guys, Best Buy. What are my options? Can I get another monitor shipped to me? Or would a refund be in order? Please let me know.
