UPS DELIVERY

IS BEST BUY AWARE OF THE SHIPPING METHODS UPS PRACTICES?

BEST BUY IS PAYING UPS FOR DELIVERY SERVICE, 

BUT, THEN UPS THEN PASSES IT ON TO THE USPS SYSTEM. 

WHICH DELAYS ORDERS TO MYSELF. 

WHY IS BEST BUY PAYING UPS RATES, ?

WHEN THEY TRANSFER THE DELIVERY 

SERVICE TO USPS. WHY NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums.  Orders arriving late are always frustrating, and I apologize if your order took longer to arrive than expected.

 

We are aware that sometimes UPS will hand a delivery off to the USPS. This is a service that UPS uses fairly often. Logistics can be complicated and in some cases it’s actually faster to have an item ship from UPS to the Post office and then to you than it is to use the Post Office all the way from the start. Sometimes a hiccough in the process can cause a delay, however, and I’m sorry if this has affected a recent order of yours.

 

I’ll be sure to document your disappointment with the way this worked out for you in our corporate systems. We really appreciate you feedback. I’m confident the next time you place an order with us we’ll provide you with a better experience.

thats the information listed on your webite on my orders. 
which, did not get delivered till today nov. 7. 2017
but, only received the "c" batterys. 
still waiting on delivery of the "D" batteries.
