Trying to return damaged mini-fridge

Hi I ordered a mini-fridge and it arrived in no box, only wrapped in plastic. The fridge is horribly damaged and parts of it were smashed in. It is too large for me to bring to the store and I need it picked up. I have talked to support over the phone multiple times but UPS keeps asking for a $12 charge when I got to schedule a pickup with the prepaid labels they have given me. Thanks for any help.

Also they just sent me a replacement, just wondering how to return the damaged one via schedule a pickup without paying a UPS fee
