I went into the store to return a phone that was delivered on Oct 22. I have not opened it. I was told to contact corporate to see if they would allow a return. I am also an elite plus member. Also, what is the price match policy with this as well.

Unfortunaly you have exceeded the return perior for the phone.

We appreciate that you chose Best Buy for your phone purchase, though it appears it wasn’t what you may have needed.
Per our Return & Exchange Promise, cell phones have a 14 day return/exchange period. Beyond that, we wouldn’t be able to offer a return on this product. I apologize if the store gave you the impression that we could authorize this, that would be incorrect information.
In regard to our Price Match Guarantee, the period to price match would be the same as the return/exchange period. As this would be outside of the 14 days, we wouldn’t be able to match a lower price on a cell phone.
