Hello there, like the title states, I'm trying to get my credit card linked to my account before it arrives in the mail. I know I'm probably jumping the gun as I applied and got approved for the card on 9/9 but I'd rather be safe than sorry with the upcoming nvidia 3000 series being released.
I checked out another forum to address this and went to this link and then clicked on "Check Application Status". I got through the steps to verify my info and to link my Best Buy account with Citi and then clicked "Continue Shopping" and I arrive at an error stating "We're sorry; we were unable to save your new card to your BestBuy.com account."
Any help to try and make this happen would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Thank you for following up! Generally speaking, these errors can be a result of the information provided to Citibank not matching what is listed on your BestBuy.com account. An alternate phone number, different email address, or even a middle initial that might be linked to our card, could cause the error message you’re receiving. If ensuring all the information you’re entering is precisely what was provided to Citibank you still have this error, I would recommend waiting for the physical card to arrive, so you might get it linked to your account that way.

So, since the card came today, did you get it linked to your account? It should be pretty straight forward to add a credit card to your My Best Buy account/
