Trouble tracking a delivery

On my receipt I have a Ship order # and customer service PIN #

I was sent a text from BestBuy/Bestbuy order status to my phone with a link to track my orders however when I enter info 

I keep getting rejected with a message that says ,

Please enter the last name and phone number associated with the Payment method used when placing your order.

I tried entering the phone number they asked for and my last name, the shipping order # automatically pops up in the link

 

The payment method was a Gift Card, I went to bestbuy to make 2 orders that needed to be shipped to my home.

Just trying to know the roundabout time someone should be expected to be home for the shipment as the items are very large.

Thank you for getting back

all turned out well, even though I was not able to track, everything got to me 3 days earlier than expected.

in perfect condition and they even broughg the stuff into my garage so it was out of the elements.

I have never had anything but pleasant experience from Best Buy as a whole

I did see your message back to me trying to be of assistance which I do appreciate but I was also having an issue on my end trying to log in via my phone, I created the account on my home PC and was just having issues when trying to log in using phone, here on my PC it automatically just logs me in so my appologies for the super late get back.

 

In the past I have had issues with BestBuy but each and every single time there was someone there to help and each and every single time they made it right.

The service industry is so incredibly difficult to keep "Everyone" happy but I really feel BestBuy does a really good job at trying their absolute best.

 

I have never been let down . . . . for long
