Dear all member!
All my orders got cancelled right away after placing them.
This is the only information in the cancellation emails:
We canceled item(s) from your order.
Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order.
Credit card I used is fine, i used two credit cards, a mastercard and a visa.
the funds in my credit cards where just fine but now i will lose the 400 USD discount on the macbook i want to buy because i need to wait for bestbuy to release the funds and to be aplied to my credit card.
can you please help me?

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I know what a pain it can be to have orders cancelled like that.
While we cannot honor past pricing, I’d be happy to look into your orders to see if I can offer any advice on why the orders are not going through.
Please send me a private message through the link in my signature. I’ll need your name, email address, phone number, and the most recently cancelled order number.
