Triple charged

I online ordered a microwave and surround on 4/14. My credit card was charged $483.62 on that day. Order #{removed per forum guidelines}. Sometime later I got notice from my card issuer that BB charged me $124 again. And a week later a second notice of another $124 charge. Looks like I’ve been charged three times for the surround. I cannot get through via phone.  Three times we’ve called only to be transferred to a line that eventually hangs up. Online help is no better. This is very very frustrating. I've posted this on BB Facebook page. No response. Overcharging on credit cards is a serious crime. Please look into this and respond.

I apologize for the delay in our reply. Thank you for choosing to shop with us for a microwave and trim. I'm sure you're eager to have this order fulfilled. It sounds like your order may not be fulfilled, causing some behavior with your credit card I can understand would be concerning without explanation. 


When an order is placed on BestBuy.com using a credit card, the funds will be authorized to ensure they're available. Authorizations do not actually allow the collection of funds, and typically expire after a few days, releasing the funds back to you. If the order remains unfulfilled, the authorizations may be replaced periodically. I would be delighted to take a closer look at this to ensure this is what's going on.
