Tried to buy a best buy e-gift card for the upcoming Kingdom hearts 3 game with a visa gift card. Was told i couldnt buy one through the online store itself, so i tried using paypal and again after the transaction wwent through on the store . I got a email saying
"Hello ,We're sorry. We were unable to process your e-gift card order from Best Buy®.Your credit card will not be charged. "
. yet the payment was deducted from the card as a pending authorization. WHY? Its been 3 days since it happened and the payment hasnt gone back to the gift card. Im gonna spend money at your store yall should have a better system.
ive still got the order number and a picture of the screen after the order went through on the website itself, what should i do to get this resolved quickly? I dont want to have to wait till after the game releases to get it, or after it releases to be given back my money on my visa gift card.

As outlined in our Cancel Your Order Help Center article, we’ll authorize your credit card or PayPal account to make sure sufficient credit is available. Once the order is cancelled, the time it takes for the authorization to be removed from your account can vary, depending on the form of payment.
While we’ll be unable to expedite this process, if you have any other questions regarding how long the authorization will remain on your account, I recommend contacting PayPal at their Help Center, which you can do here.

and i just talked with Paypal customer service and they said "Upon reviewing your account, I see that the merchant has not cancelled the order and the authorization is in pending. Please contact the merchant to cancel the authorization. You will get the funds back once the merchant cancels it."
So can i please private message you the order number and all the details and have you cancel it ?
