I need to leverage this awesome team to help me with my trade-in. Hoping you can provide some information and make me at ease.
I bought a Pixel 7 Pro from Bestbuy and took advantage of a trade-in promotion (where they increased the value by $300). I traded in an Iphone 12 for a total credit of $590. I sent everything, and it was delivered on November 9th (approaching 3 weeks) and have not received any communication or update on it since.
Another issue is that when I go look at the original order, on bestbuy.com, I no longer see the trade-in attached to my order.
I suspect the issue is due to the fact that I had to exchange my 2-day old Pixel 7 Pro due to a speaker issue. I went in and did an exchange for the same phone and received the new phone a few days later. I asked the rep if exchanging it will do anything to the trade-in that I have and they ensured me that it would be fine and the trade-in and my exchange are unrleated.
I am concerned that after almost 3 weeks, I still have not received any notification regarding my trade-in. I am also concerned that the trade-in no longer shows up on my order.
Also, I have already sent a private message to one of the social media specialist on this board with my name, phone number, and email address, but have not heard back at despite my messages. Hoping by posting on here, it'll get more visability.
