Trade-In Issue

I recently purchased an Apple Watch and sent in my Apple Watch Series 3 as a trade. The trade-in watch was delivered on Nov. 17, but it still has not been updated on the order status page. When I initially reached out, I was told that it would be updated within 24-48hrs of the item arriving in regards to the true trade-in value and the credit would be processed within 5-7 business days. Neither has happened, and, in fact, my trade-in has be canceled because it was supposedly not shipped in time.  However, I have all of the tracking info to show that it was not only shipped in time, but was delivered to the place Best Buy had me ship it to.  Any help would be appreciated.
