I bought a Google Chromecast with free shipping to arrive today, August 21.
UPS says my package was delivered and left by the front door, but I was standing in the kitchen watching the driver go by at the time it says the package was delivered. So I went out and searched my front porch, the driveway, the entire front yard, even the mailbox, but there's nothing. I contacted UPS, and they said "Sorry the package isn't where we left it."
No, I'm saying your driver didn't even stop at my house, let alone deliver a package. UPS then said to contact YOU about an investigation. So I guess their driver lying about delivering a package is your problem. It's not my problem, however.
Please refund the cost of this item. If I had known I would not receive it by UPS, I would have just picked it up in the store.
