Welcome back to our forums! I’ve been in your shoes once or twice, and it’s never fun to try and track down missing packages. I ordered some headphones this past holiday season, and despite UPS telling me they’d be waiting in my mailbox for me when I got home, there was nothing be a few envelopes, and a feeling of disappointment when I opened my mailbox that day. We have seen instances in the past, especially with Same-Day or Next-Day shipping where UPS will indicate an order has been delivered, only for the order to arrive a day later.
