I had an order that was supposed to arrive last Thursday, was then delayed to Friday, then again to Monday, and within minutes of receiving a delivery notification that same Monday, I checked outside and still hadn’t received it. I waited a couple days just to be sure as I’ve had things sometimes show up a bit later before, but nothing. Today I checked at neighbors’ houses that occasionally receive my mail by mistake and nothing there either. Finally, based on past experience where I live, it is highly unlikely that someone stole it, especially within the very short time frame between the listed delivery time and when I checked for the package.
My overall experience with Best Buy in the past has been very positive and this instance is not something that happens often, so I’m not sure exactly what to do or whether I can get a replacement or something like that.
