I ordered 11. 18. 19.
and you're sent mail to me 'your order shipped on 11. 18. 19.
Also, the order status page of the website is informed that it was delivered via ups.
But from Nov. 18 to the present, the ups shipping tracking page says, 'The items will be updated on delivery time when they arrive at our facility.Only the message ' is persistent.
Here's the answer mail for the ups. <I have verified our tracking system and, our records indicate that the shipper did not provide us with the physical package that is why we do not have any movement registered. At this instance, my best advice is contacting your sender for further information about the status of the package.>
So I send you a mail of inquiry. If the delivery item is lost (the card payment slip has already been processed), and if it is delayed due to the request for delivery to the military address, please let me know clearly when the delivery is due. I don't understand this case where I haven't even received an item from Ups, but I'm being guided to Shipped. I look forward to your prompt reply.
