Total tech membership cancellation

Hi,

On Nov 30 i cancelled my total tech membership as i was not using it much. Later I found in my CC account that BestBuy already charged me for renewal for another year. I contacted support again and they told me that the renewal is cancelled as well and I should see a refund soon. I have since talked 5 or 6 times but the transaction is not yet reversed.

In general the refunds are quick 2 to 4 days, but this taking so long makes me believe that somehow this transaction got lost.

Can someone please look into this?

Thank you very much for taking the time to share this concern with us. Generally speaking, it can take up to a full billing cycle for refunds to appears on a billing statement, but typically they do show on the account sooner. I'll be happy to take a closer look at this to see what's happening.
