I have 2 questions, I see totaltech is $199.99 per year on your page, however when I was sent my renewal I was shown that my total tech would be $249.99 with a $49.99 discount, meaning my renewal would be $199.99.

You are offering me a discount, but where is my savings?

Why is my renewal the same as the advertised price when I am offered a $49.99 discount? 

2nd Question, Last year when I paid for the totaltech system my card was accepted, Ive paid for goods online using the very same card, however this time around my card is being rejected, nothing about my card has changed and the balance is sufficient and my bank can see no issues at their end. Can you please explain why I can no longer use the same card to renew my subscription?
