I ordered the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition the first Hour it was availible for preorder.
Today, I found out that I would be out of town on launch day.
I went online to change the pick up person.
I got a confirmation email that the change was made and I was all set.
3 Minutes later I got an Email saying that my order was cancelled.
Called costomer service and after speaking with the supervisor the best they can do is Email me when there is stock so I can try to order it again.
I am so upset. This is ridiculous. If I am not able to get a Project scorpio edition I will be cancelling my best buy cards and accounts and buy exclusivly from Amazon.

Still no email. Still no Stock
Best Buy has offered me no solutions and no help what so ever.
I have been a good customer spending thousands of dollars each year for a long time.
Apparantly they do not care about customer loyalty

Welcome to our Support Forums, albeit under these unfortunate circumstances. Having an order cancelled can certainly be a frustrating experience, especially for an item as highly anticipated as the Xbox One X. I know how disappointed I would feel under similar circumstances, and I truly regret the frustration this experience has undoubtedly caused.
Although it sounds like you may be aware, once an order is cancelled, we’re unable to revert the order to a processing status. I know this wasn’t the answer you were hoping for, but going forward, I recommend keeping an eye on our Xbox One Consoles page, should we receive additional inventory of the Project Scorpio Edition of the Xbox One X.

This is what I mean. There is no reason for the order to have been cancelled. And if my pre order reservation was cancelled, guess what, that means there is a pre order spot availible.
And if there is additional stock coming, why cant one be earmarked for me since Best Buy is the cause of the issue?
Why should I as the customer have to sit and watch for additional stock to come in for the CHANCE that I will see it in time to order one before it is sold out again.
This is not how customers should be treated.

*claps* customer service at best buy is the worst they arnt even going to try to help us, they are just going to say sorry and laugh while we spend our money. they wont even try to compinsate us.
