Why doesn't Best Buy want to separate my Thermador appliance order so that I, the customer who just spent over $11,000, can recieve those appliances that are available now without having to wait for the stove range until sept 2022 to deliver all my appliances on same day? it doesn't feel like a very attentive customer service policy to me; making the customer wait months for all appliances, when most of the order can be filled now.
the manager tells me that my request to split the order is being considered by the management team. his is very polite, but frankly i don't know what is meant by that. i feel as if i'm not being told the truth. I want to give the manger and his team the chance to resolve this-----and i want to keep my thermador order of a stove range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher ----- but i'm confused and frustrated. what am i missing?

Hi there, Buyernow5,
Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Forums page regarding your contact with our local leadership in your area. As they are the most qualified to address your appliance order, I do encourage you to stay in contact with them. However, I'd love to ensure that this is properly addressed on our end as well.
To do so, can you please send us a Private Message verifying your full name, email address, order number, and phone number?
Thank you for your patience here.
